The Law Times has published the 2026 Korea Law Firm Consumer Report ; LCR, a law firm evaluation report built on direct client participation.
3,124 in-house legal professionals from 1,364 companies evaluated 300 law firms. Every evaluator — the corporate legal teams who are law firms' actual clients — was verified through their company email address.
The report presents law firm scores across 15 competency areas — including Legal Skills and Expertise, Reasonable Fees, Communication Skills, and Re-engagement and Recommendation — as well as rankings across 21 practice areas. It also includes some 3,000 verbatim client reviews — of the firms and lawyers that excelled, and of those that fell short — published in full.
Which firms are strong in which practice areas, whether their fees are reasonable, whether partners are actually involved in the work — the data you need before retaining a law firm is all here.
